Where we sit in the supply chain

We are the factory. Not a trading company, not an agent placing your order with a workshop down the road. That matters for two practical reasons: the price you get is the price of making the instrument rather than the price of making it plus somebody's margin, and when you want a dimension changed you are talking to the people who will actually change it.

Sialkot

Sialkot has made surgical instruments for well over a century, and today it supplies a large share of the world's reusable instruments — including a great many that are sold under European and American brand names. The skill base here is real. So, honestly, is the variability: the same city contains careful manufacturers and workshops that will sell you soft steel with a mirror polish. The only sensible response is to judge a supplier on a sample and on what they will put in writing. We are happy to be judged that way. See quality and inspection for exactly what we will document.
