We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and ship your order, and we never sell your data.

Who we are

What we collect
- Enquiry details — your name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp number, country and the instruments, quantities and specifications you ask about. You give us this when you send an enquiry by email, WhatsApp or the enquiry form.
- Enquiry basket — the items you add to your enquiry list are stored only in your own browser (local storage) so they are still there when you come back. They are not sent to us until you submit the enquiry.
- Technical data — our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and to keep the site running.
- Language preference — if you choose a language, a cookie remembers it.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry, prepare quotations, samples and pro-forma invoices, and to produce and ship your order.
- To keep records required by export, customs and tax law.
- To improve the site (aggregate, non-identifying statistics only).
We do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal data.
Who we share it with
Only with parties needed to fulfil your order: freight forwarders and couriers (name, address, phone for delivery), banks (for payment processing), and our hosting and email providers who process data on our behalf. We may disclose data if required by law.
International transfers
We are based in Pakistan and export worldwide, so your data is processed in Pakistan and in the countries your shipment travels through. We apply the same safeguards regardless of location.
Cookies
The site uses only essential cookies and browser storage: your enquiry basket, your cookie-notice choice and your language selection. Third-party services you choose to use — WhatsApp, Google Translate, Google Fonts — have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 3 years so we can follow up and honour warranties; order and export records are kept for the period required by law (normally 7 years). You can ask us to delete enquiry data sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Write to sales@waqarintl.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is kept in our business email and order systems with access limited to the sales team.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new "last updated" date.
