Warranty & Returns

Every instrument leaves Sialkot inspected for function and finish. If something is wrong, tell us and we will put it right.

Our warranty

  • Manufacturing defects — instruments are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the shipping date under normal use, cleaning and sterilisation.
  • Tungsten-carbide inserts — carbide-insert needle holders and scissors are warranted against insert failure for 24 months.
  • Not covered — normal wear, blade dulling from use, damage from dropping, improper cleaning (e.g. bleach, saline soaking), incorrect sterilisation, modification or misuse.

Reporting a problem

  1. Email sales@waqarintl.com or WhatsApp +92 307 6173627 with your order/PI number, the part number (WI-…) and clear photos or a short video of the issue.
  2. We reply within 2 working days with a decision: replacement, repair, credit or refund.
  3. Report shortages or transit damage within 7 days of delivery, keeping the packaging, so we can claim from the carrier.

Replacements and refunds

Confirmed defective items are replaced free of charge with your next shipment, or shipped separately at our cost if urgent. Where a replacement is not practical we issue a credit note or refund for the item. We do not normally ask you to return defective instruments; if we do, we pay the return freight.

Returns of non-defective goods

Standard (unmarked) stock items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging; a 15% restocking charge applies and return freight is paid by the buyer. Custom, OEM-marked or specially made items cannot be returned unless defective.

Samples

Samples are supplied at the unit price shown (or free for small items on qualifying orders) plus courier cost, and the sample cost is credited against the first bulk order of that item.

Instrument care

To keep instruments within warranty and in service for years: rinse immediately after use, clean with a neutral-pH detergent, never soak in saline or bleach, dry before sterilising, lubricate box-locks regularly and sterilise with instruments in the open position.
