Ordering
Can I buy directly on this website?
No payment is taken on the site. Add instruments to your enquiry, send it, and we reply with a pro-forma invoice with final prices, freight and lead time. You confirm the PI and pay by bank transfer (T/T) or, for small orders, a PayPal/card payment link.
What is the minimum order?
Each product shows its MOQ. We are flexible for first orders and samples — many customers start with 1–5 pieces of several patterns to test quality.
Are the prices on the site final?
They are indicative trade prices in USD, ex-works Sialkot. Volume bands are shown per item. The pro-forma invoice confirms the price for your quantity.
Do you offer samples?
Yes. Samples are charged at unit price plus courier and credited against your first bulk order of that item.
Products & quality
What steel do you use?
Instruments are forged and ground from surgical-grade stainless steel (AISI 410/420 for cutting and gripping instruments, 304/316 for non-cutting and holloware). Tungsten-carbide inserts are available on needle holders and scissors. We state the grade on your quotation.
Are your instruments reusable and sterilisable?
Yes — all instruments are reusable and autoclavable unless marked otherwise.
What certifications do you hold?
Our quality system is ISO 13485-oriented and instruments are made to accepted patterns with CE Class I marking where applicable. Tell us your market and we will confirm the documentation we can supply (certificates of conformity, material certificates, test reports). Regulatory registration in the destination country is the importer's responsibility.
Can you make instruments to my drawing or sample?
Yes. Send a drawing, photo or physical sample and we will quote for tooling (if any), samples and production.
OEM & branding
Can you mark my logo or brand?
Yes — laser marking of your logo, brand name, part numbers and barcodes, plus custom finishes (satin, mirror, black, gold-plated handles) and branded packaging. See OEM & private label.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Worldwide, by DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT express, air freight or sea freight. Small orders typically arrive within 4–8 days of dispatch by express courier.
Who pays duties and taxes?
The buyer, in the destination country. We provide commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and any other documents your customs requires.
How long does production take?
Stock items 3–7 working days; made-to-order and OEM-marked items 2–6 weeks depending on quantity.

What if an instrument is faulty?
Send photos with your order number. Confirmed defects are replaced free or credited — see Warranty & Returns.
