Terms & Conditions
These are the terms that apply when you enquire about or order instruments from Waqar International. Nothing is purchased on this website itself — every order is confirmed by a pro-forma invoice.
Last updated: 13 September 2026
1. How ordering works
shop.waqarintl.com is a catalogue and enquiry site. Adding items to the enquiry basket and sending it to us is a request for quotation, not a binding order. We reply with a pro-forma invoice (PI) showing the final items, quantities, prices, packing, shipping method and delivery time. A contract is formed only when you confirm the PI in writing and your deposit is received.
2. Prices
Prices shown on the site are indicative trade prices in US dollars, ex-works Sialkot, excluding freight, insurance, import duties and taxes. Tiered prices ("from $x at y pieces") apply to the quantity bands shown. Prices are confirmed on the PI and are valid for the period stated on it (normally 30 days). We may correct obvious pricing errors on the site at any time.
3. Minimum order quantities
Each product shows its minimum order quantity (MOQ). Smaller trial quantities are usually possible for first orders and samples — ask us. Mixed orders across many patterns are welcome.
4. Payment
Unless agreed otherwise: 50% deposit with order confirmation and the balance before shipment, by bank transfer (T/T). For smaller orders we can also accept PayPal or card via a secure payment link. Bank charges outside Pakistan are borne by the buyer.
5. Production and delivery
Stock items ship within 3–7 working days. Made-to-order and OEM-marked items typically take 2–6 weeks depending on quantity and finish; the lead time is stated on the PI. Delivery dates are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control.
6. Shipping, risk and title
We ship worldwide by express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT), air freight or sea freight as agreed. Risk passes to you when the goods are handed to the carrier (ex-works / FOB unless another Incoterm is agreed on the PI). Title passes when payment is received in full. You are responsible for import licences, duties and taxes in the destination country.
7. Product information and regulatory use
Our instruments are reusable stainless-steel instruments made to the patterns shown. Specifications, sizes and images are provided in good faith; minor variations in finish and dimensions may occur. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that instruments are suitable for the intended use and comply with the regulatory requirements of the country of use (for example CE/UKCA registration, FDA listing or local medical-device rules).
8. OEM and private label
When you supply artwork, logos or brand names for marking or packaging, you confirm you have the right to use them and you indemnify us against any third-party claim. OEM-marked goods cannot be returned unless faulty.
9. Warranty, returns and claims
Our warranty and returns terms are set out on the Warranty & Returns page and form part of these terms. Please inspect goods on arrival and report shortages or damage within 7 days.
10. Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, photographs, the Waqar International name and logo — belongs to Waqar International or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Product photos may be used by authorised distributors to market our instruments.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We will always try to resolve any dispute amicably first; failing that, the courts of Sialkot, Pakistan have jurisdiction.
